08. Do you work with all insurances and claim types?
We bill almost every insurance available out there in the market. For insurances which allow paper claims, we use the CMS-1500 also known as the HCFA-1500, whereas for insurances those accept claims electronically we use the EDI standard ANSI X12-5010.
09. Do you process patient statements as well?
Yes, our team will take care of all the patient statements for you.
10. Do you handle unpaid claims?
Yes, we do. Such claims are re-processed by appending additional information as required. If that is not available with us, we will contact you to obtain the same. If the claim still remains unpaid, we will register an appeal.
11. Is there any hidden setup or startup costs?
No, there is definitely no hidden cost linked with our services. We just charged a very small percentage amount of every claim that will be decided in our contract. All you need to do is sign up and start using our services. a2z Medical Solutions shall bill you a detailed invoice each month for the services delivered to you.
12. Will patient charts be moved out of my office?
No. Patient charts are never moved out of your office. However in certain cases, we may need reference notes while filing an appeal for a claim.
